 TEST DOCUMENTS ISSUE BY MEMBER LABORATORIESType Test Report or Type Test Statement: A Type Test Report or Type Test Statement is issued by the laboratory when a test object has successfully completed and passed a test program in accordance with a recognized standard and the STL Guides (if any). In addition, the object’s technical drawings have been verified and the condition of the object after the test is assessed and recorded.The ILAC/ENAC mark is included when the performed tests are covered by the Laboratory Accreditation Scope. |

Test Report: A Test Report is issued for all other test programs which have been carried out according to customer specifications and/or standards. The test report contains all test results, details of the conditions under which the tests were carried out, also details relating to the behaviour of the equipment during test, and its condition after them. The ILAC/ENAC mark is included if the performed tests are covered by the Laboratory Accreditation Scope.Official and uncontrolled test documents: The original digitally signed PDF is the only valid version of this document. Electronic or hard copies of a test document may be available for information purposes only. |
